Sperling Vineyards Rosé
Okanagan Valley, BC
The Okanagan Valley is home to a number of different sub regions with a significant change in micro climates. In Kelowna, we see hot days during the summer and cold winters.
Pinot Noir is one of the world's most popular red/rose wines.
Notoriously difficult to grow, it produces lighter-bodied wines of elegance, complexity and longevity.
Four generations in the making, the Sperling Vineyards Team works hard to create elegant wines of character. Planted in 1925, Sperling Vineyard is located on the limestone rich benches of South East Kelowna. They have also been certified organic since 2017!
Serve chilled in white wine glasses.
Fresh strawberries and crab apples.
Dry and smooth with notes of tart red fruits, cranberry, under ripe strawberries, huckleberries and salmon berries.
Restaurant: Terrine of duck foie gras.
Home: Fresh fruits & jam compote.
