How Does It Work?

Every winter, subscribers will receive a delivery of 6 hand-picked and hard-to-find wines (our Holiday 6-Pack), selected by our team of Wine Vikings. There is something unique about each bottle, whether it’s the producer, variety, or region. You’ll learn about each pick (while you sip) through quick and entertaining tasting videos, led by our Wine Viking and designed to educate you on everything you need-to-know in 90 seconds or less.

How Do I Sign Up?

Simple! Click ‘Subscribe Now’ on the 6 bottle subscription option, fill in your information and check on out. Made a mistake? No problem, you can easily update your profile under ‘my account’ or contact us at info@winevikings.com

What Will I Receive?

In addition to your 6 bottle case of wine, each delivery will include:

- Access to a video on each bottle that will guide you through your tasting experience. This is easy to follow and relatable content that helps you understand what you’re sippin’ on and why it matters.

- An online write up on each wine, why our Wine Vikings chose it, key tasting notes, producer information, suggested dish pairings and more.

How Does Payment Work?

Once you’ve selected your subscription, your first payment will be processed upon checkout and a confirmation will be sent via email. Cancel anytime. Subsequent subscription payments will be processed between October 20th and November 1st of the following year.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, you'll need to activate your account using the email you purchased your subscription with (your account is not automatically activated after purchase so make sure you select 'sign up' before 'login').

After you've created your account, all you need to do is log in and:

1. Click account
2. Select ‘Manage Subscription’
3. Click on your order subscription number
4. Click ‘Cancel’ You can start back up again anytime by purchasing a subscription while quantities last.

How Much Is Shipping?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.99 per order.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently ship all over the Lower Mainland, Squamish, Whistler, Victoria, & Nanaimo (and hope to reach all of BC very soon!!).

When Does The Holiday 6-Pack Get Sent Out?

The order cut off date for the Holiday 6-Pack is November 25th*.

All Holiday 6-Pack boxes will be delivered between December 1st - December 20th.

Do I Have To Be 19 Years Old To Receive My Order?

Yes! All shipments containing alcohol will require someone who is 19+ to provide two pieces of ID (one government issued picture ID and one ID which includes your full name) and a signature. Once our delivery partner has confirmed your age and identity, you're good to go!

We highly recommend shipping to an office address if there isn't someone at your home to provide identification and sign for deliveries. If you aren’t there to receive your order, delivery will be reattempted at a later date.

How Do I Order More Of My New Favourite Wine(s)?

Check out our online bottle shop HERE to purchase the wines you enjoyed most from your subscription - available in cases of 6 or 12.

My Order Has Not Arrived. What Should I Do?

Contact us at info@winevikings.com and we’ll make sure it gets delivered to your door STAT.

My Order Is Damaged. What Should I Do?

Please refuse delivery if there are any signs of damage. Contact us straightaway and we will process a refund for the damaged items.

What If My Wine Is Corked?

Corked wine seriously sucks. If you open a bottle you suspect to be corked, please email us at info@winevikings.com. We’ll evaluate the situation and work out an exchange or discount on your next purchase. Please make sure to keep the corked bottle so we are able to return it to the producer.
