How Does It Work?
Four times a year (quarterly) subscribers receive 6 exclusive wines selected by our team of wine vikings (a fluctuating mix of red and white wines). The featured wines, unavailable at government and limited independent liquor stores, are chosen to help educate the subscriber on the producers, varieties, and well-loved, local pairings.
The exact wines included in each subscription will only be revealed upon receiving your subscription (everyone loves a good surprise, don’t they?). But don’t worry, we won’t keep you totally in the dark … you can catch descriptions for each wine in the current subscription HERE.
How Do I Sign Up?
Simple! Click ‘Subscribe Now’ on the 6 bottle subscription option, fill in your information and check on out. Made a mistake? No problem, you can easily update your profile under ‘my account’ or contact us at email@example.com
What Will I Receive?
In addition to your 6 bottle case of wine, each delivery will include:
- A tasting video link that will guide you through your tasting experience in an easy to follow and relatable format to help you understand what you’re sippin’ on and why it matters
- An online write up on each wine, why our Wine Vikings chose it, key tasting notes, producer information, suggested dish pairings and more.
How Does Payment Work?
Once you’ve selected your subscription, your first payment will be processed upon checkout and a receipt will be sent via email. Your subsequent payments will be processed on the billing dates listed below. Cancel anytime.
Fall | Billed August 1st - Delivered September 5th-25th
Winter | Billed November 1st - Delivered December 1st-20th
Spring | Billed February 1st - Delivered March 5th-25th
Summer | Billed May 1st - Delivered June 5th-25th
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
To cancel your subscription, you'll need to activate your account using the email you purchased your subscription with (your account is not automatically activated after purchase so make sure you select 'sign up' before 'login'). After you've created your account, all you need to do is log in and:
1. Click account
2. Select subscription or click on your subscription number
3. Click cancel
You can start back up again anytime by purchasing a subscription while quantities last.
How Much Is Shipping?
We charge a flat shipping rate of $9.99 per order.
Where Do You Ship?
We currently ship all over the Lower Mainland, Squamish, Whistler, Victoria, & Nanaimo (and hope to reach all of BC very soon!!).
When Do The Wine Subscriptions Get Sent Out?
The order cut off* and delivered by date for the quarterly subscriptions is as follows:
Spring | Order cut off February 25th - Delivered by March 25th
Summer | Order cut off May 25th - Delivered by June 25th
Fall | Order cut off August 25th - Delivered by September 25th
Winter | Order cut off November 25th - Delivered by December 20th

Do I Have To Be 19 Years Old To Receive My Order?
Yes! All shipments containing alcohol will require someone who is 19+ to provide two pieces of ID (one government issued picture ID and one ID which includes your full name) and a signature. Once our delivery partner has confirmed your age and identity, you're good to go!
We highly recommend shipping to an office address if there isn't someone at your home to provide identification and sign for deliveries. If you aren’t there to receive your order, delivery will be reattempted at a later date.
How Do I Order More Of My New Favourite Wine(s)?
Check out our online bottle shop HERE to purchase the wines you enjoyed most from your subscription - available in cases of 6 or 12.
My Order Has Not Arrived. What Should I Do?
Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure it gets delivered to your door STAT.
My Order Is Damaged. What Should I Do?
Please refuse delivery if there are any signs of damage. Contact us straightaway and we will process a refund for the damaged items.
What If My Wine Is Corked?
Corked wine seriously sucks. If you open a bottle you suspect to be corked, please email us at email@example.com. We’ll evaluate the situation and work out an exchange or discount on your next purchase. Please make sure to keep the corked bottle so we are able to return it to the producer.
