First joining the Kitchen Table Group in 2013 as Opening General Manager of Ask For Luigi, later as Opening Wine Director at St. Lawrence, and now managing regional operations company wide, Matthew Morgenstern is a serious triple threat. Instilled with a deep affinity for hospitality from a very young age and a growing passion for food and wine - the man just gets it. We know we can count on him when it comes to picking some seriously good juice.
Savio Volpe's Paul Grunberg
You better believe you’ll be getting the straight gooooods when the owner and operator of Vancouver’s most iconic restaurants and hospitality heavyweight, Paul Grunberg is choosing your wines. Grunberg is the pure magic and genius behind Savio Volpe, Caffe La Tana and Pepino’s, so we already know we’re in for an absolute treat. He knows a thing or two about good food and wine and likes to keep things unpretentious, fresh, and simple - a.k.a our kind of person.
Ask For Luigi’s Alessandro Vianello
Alessandro Vianello is the chef best friend we all wish we had. He is the red to our wine, the sauce to our pasta, the purveyor of all things DELICIOUS. Did we mention he trained at Castello Vicchiomaggio’s kitchen and vineyards in Tuscany, where he developed an abiding appreciation for fine wine and food pairing? Needless to say - we are in good hands.
