Why We Like It
One of Italy’s most refreshing and food-friendly red wines, Lambrusco is everything you want and more. Fun and celebratory, it is a frothy red that is served cold and made to pair with everyone’s favourite Italian dishes. It combines the fruitiness of a young red wine with the crisp bubbles of a dry Champagne, resulting in something deliciously drinkable.
What We Taste
Fresh strawberries and cherries, rhubarb and hibiscus.
What We Smell

Famous for some of life’s greatest pleasures- parmesan cheese, prosciutto, and of course Lambrusco- it’s no wonder it’s known as a foodie’s paradise. Producer
Medici Ermete has been making wine for a long, long time… 130 years to be exact. They have made their mark in the wine industry and are known for producing one of Italy’s finest Lambruscos. In fact, their Lambrusco is the first in the area to have joined the list of the country’s most prestigious wines. This winery is the real deal. If this doesn’t make you excited to crack open that bottle in your subscription box, then we don’t know what will.
